I am Karin Lühr – founder of Lühr Tiergesundheit and a dog owner myself. My journey to holistic animal health did not begin from a textbook, but from personal experience.

One of my dogs seemed to have been dealt a bad hand from the start – always something new. Recurring illnesses. Many vet visits. Examinations. Medications. Hope. Setbacks. And high vet bills.
Perhaps you know this feeling too: you sense that something is not right with your animal – even though a great deal has already been investigated.
I know how it feels to lie awake at night and ask yourself: "Am I missing something?" "Is there another way?" "How can I really help my animal?"
It is important to me to look at your animal as a whole:
Because animals often take on tension, stress or emotional burdens from their surroundings. That is precisely why, for me, it is not only the treatment of the animal that matters, but also an understanding of the connection between animal and human.
The coaching training is especially valuable for my work, because animals often react to stress, emotional burdens or unresolved issues of their human. That was the case, for example, with my own dog.
